Annual Meeting of Members

Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of members of THE BATTLEFORDS & DISTRICT CHAMBER OF COMMERCE will be held in-person on Tuesday, February 10th, 2026 at 11:45 a.m. for the purpose of:
1. Ratifying all acts of the Board of Directors since the last annual meeting;
2. Receiving the Financial Statements for the Year Ended December 31st, 2025;
3. Appointing the public accountant;
4. Election of a Member-at-Large to the Executive Committee;
5. Approval of: the 2026 Membership List; the 2026 Operating Budget, and Signing Authorities;
6. Transacting such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
The Meeting will be held at the Battlefords & District Chamber of Commerce – Balych Mural Meeting Room at 11:45 a.m. Tickets are $25.00 per person (plus taxes), which includes a luncheon meal. Registration for attendance is required, and can be completed by calling Battlefords & District Chamber of Commerce @ (306) 445-6226, or by emailing your request to: admin@battlefordschamber.com
Quorum for the Annual Meeting of Members is a minimum of 15 members in good standing. Join us for lunch and this annual meeting.
